HOW WE DO
Planning:
We identify needs. We make strategic planning and prepare budgets. We review all details and start organizing as soon as we receive confirmation.
Organizing:
We contact the target group. We identify the event areas and prepare the details. We take care of the technical equipment, stage and instructions. We plan speeches by artists and speakers and indoors and outdoors activities. We organize halls for concerts, opening ceremonies and symposium activities. We prepare lists for flights, hotels and buses. We prepare invitations for Protocol, Press and VIP groups. We deliver training for the organizer team and start the operation.
Operation:
We welcome guests at the airport. We provide registration and accommodation support. We hand out the event program and presents. We follow the management of organizations, events and activities at all areas. We provide participation for gala dinners, cocktails, city tours and entertainment activities. We establish special programs for Protocol, Press and VIP guests. We guide and manage activities for the public. We organize contests, cup, medal and award ceremonies and complete the operation.
Return:
We hold an event evaluation meeting with the company. We close all accounts in 1 week. We deliver videos and photos. We carry out continued friendship visit and start preparing for the next event.
