HOW WE DO
Planning:
We determine the company needs. We carry out strategic planning and prepare the budgets. Together we go through all the details and upon confirmation of the client, we start the organization.

Organization:
We contact the target group, prepare meeting hall details. We supply technical equipment, stage and carry out necessary directions. We plan artist, speaker, indoors and outdoors events. We make flight, bus and hotel reservations and schedule for touristic and cultural attractions. We prepare gift packages for the group and start the operation.

Operation:
We make sure that the group is picked up at the airport. We hand out the meeting program and gifts. We provide flight, hotel, transfer and meeting services as well as organize gala dinner, cocktail event, city tours and recreational activities.

Return:
We hold an event evaluation meeting with the company. We close all accounts in 1 week. We deliver videos and photos. We pay follow-up friendship visits and start preparing for the next event.
